Senior Instructor - adult education (Memphis, TN)

Cedar Field Early Learning is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on adult education for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about meal programmes. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in meal programmes. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
