Senior Instructor - adult education (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Bright Willow Early Learning and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 54 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about meal programmes. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
