Senior Instructor - adult education (Louisville, KY)

Westbrook Bright Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Louisville region, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 160 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about temp assignments. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in temp assignments. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
