Senior Instructor - adult education (Louisville, KY)

Foxglove Bright Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Louisville region. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on adult education. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about retention. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in retention. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
