Senior Instructor - adult education (Kansas City, MO)

Highbridge Wilder Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on adult education. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about school calendars. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in school calendars. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
