Senior Instructor - adult education (Kansas City, MO)

Greenridge Linden Health provides primary and specialty care in Kansas City, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient education. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in patient education. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
