Senior Instructor - adult education (Jackson, MS)

Silverline Rook Medical is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on adult education for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
