Senior Instructor - adult education (Jackson, MS)

Highbridge Linden Care Services provides in-home and community support in Jackson, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in visit scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
