Fernwood Cobalt Early Learning is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on adult education for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
