Senior Instructor - adult education (Grand Rapids, MI)

Silverline Haven Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our adult education. You would join a large organisation of about 258 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about device records. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in device records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
