Senior Instructor - adult education (Fresno, CA)

Cedar Corner Early Learning is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on adult education for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing records. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
