Senior Instructor - adult education (Fort Worth, TX)

Clearpath Quarry Care Services supports families and individuals in Fort Worth with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 165 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
