Senior Instructor - adult education (Fort Worth, TX)

Westbrook Fox Medical is a Fort Worth company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about complaint handling. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
