Senior Instructor - adult education (Fort Worth, TX)

Summit Amber Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Fort Worth region. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on adult education. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client orders. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in client orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
