Senior Instructor - adult education (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Kestrel Staffing and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about temp assignments. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in temp assignments. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
