Senior Instructor - adult education (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Wilder Medical and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Denver. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about complaint handling. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in complaint handling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
