Senior Instructor - adult education (Columbus, OH)

Redstone Wilder Medical is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on adult education for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about device records. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in device records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
