Senior Instructor - adult education (Columbus, OH)

Bluepeak Ridge Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Columbus region, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our adult education. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about warranty claims. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in warranty claims. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
