Senior Instructor - adult education (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Redstone Willow Staffing Group and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would join a large organisation of about 573 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about timekeeping. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in timekeeping. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
