Senior Instructor - adult education (Cleveland, OH)

Highbridge Nest Early Learning runs childcare centres in Cleveland caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing records. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in licensing records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
