Senior Instructor - adult education (Cleveland, OH)

Bright Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Cleveland, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our adult education. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about customer estimates. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in customer estimates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
