Senior Instructor - adult education (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Nest Staffing Partners and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about timekeeping. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in timekeeping.
