Senior Instructor - adult education (Charlotte, NC)

Greenridge Kestrel Staffing is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on adult education for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about candidate screening. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in candidate screening. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
