Senior Instructor - adult education (Charleston, SC)

Stonegate Pine Staffing places workers with employers around Charleston. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about temp assignments. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in temp assignments. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
