Senior Instructor - adult education (Boston, MA)

Rivermark Drift Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Boston. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinic supplies. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
