Senior Instructor - adult education (Boise, ID)

Redstone River Staffing is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on adult education for client orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client orders. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in client orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
