Senior Instructor - adult education (Boise, ID)

Nova Lantern Early Learning Group is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on adult education for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about tuition and subsidies. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
