Senior Instructor - adult education (Birmingham, AL)

Stonegate Pine Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Birmingham region, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about retention. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in retention. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
