Senior Instructor - adult education (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Haven Medical Group and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
