Senior Instructor - adult education (Austin, TX)

Harborlight Willow Medical is a Austin company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinical evaluations. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in clinical evaluations. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
