Senior Instructor - adult education (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Lumen Cobalt Medical and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would join a large organisation of about 950 people based in Austin. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about complaint handling. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in complaint handling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
