Senior Instructor - adult education (Austin, TX)

Bluepeak Linden Health is a healthcare provider in Austin with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinic supplies. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in clinic supplies. • Teaching credential or training certificate.
