Summit Meridian Care Services is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on adult education for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 409 people based in Austin. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client records. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in client records.
