Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Wichita, KS)

Greenridge Quill Inspection Services is an inspection company in Wichita with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field inspections. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
