Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Virginia Beach, VA)

Clearpath Sparrow Environmental Services Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on landfill records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
