Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Tulsa, OK)

Redstone Iron Construction Associates builds commercial and industrial projects around Tulsa, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on change orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
