Clearpath Corner Pharma Partners is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical studies. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
