Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Bright Haven Pharma and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on release testing. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
