Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Silverline Drift Foods Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
