Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Tucson, AZ)

Redstone Yarrow Foods produces packaged foods at its Tucson plant, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer specifications. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
