Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Tucson, AZ)

Northwind Birch Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Tucson, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on contractor visits. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
