Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Tucson, AZ)

Fernwood Birch Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Tucson, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 74 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ticketing. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
