Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Tucson, AZ)

Bluepeak North Staffing is a Tucson staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 61 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on temp assignments. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with temp assignments. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
