Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Tucson, AZ)

Northwind Union Freight is a Tucson logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We reward reliability. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on dock schedules. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
