Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Toledo, OH)

Redstone Wren Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Toledo, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on public records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
