Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Bright Vale Water Authority Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on capital projects. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
