Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Redstone Union Arts Center and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school partnerships. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
