Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Tampa, FL)

Amberfield Ridge Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Tampa region, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on warranty claims. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
