Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Tampa, FL)

Harborlight Meridian Civic Services Group works with county and city offices around Tampa, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on budget submissions. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
