Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Tampa, FL)

Greenridge Orchard Arts Center is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for exhibitions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 61 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on exhibitions. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
